Kinesiology
There are so many possible reasons why you are experiencing digestive issues: food sensitivities, negative thoughts, stressful experiences, inadequate nutrition, lack of sleep or bacterial imbalances, to name but a few. Your body knows better than anybody else what the answers are. Kinesiology muscle testing allows your body to communicate the answers.

EFT Tapping
EFT sessions are designed to shift emotional elements connected to IBS including anxiety, eating habits, stress and trauma. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or tapping is a form of energy psychology, which combines Ancient Chinese Acupressure (energy medicine) with modern psychology (including NLP).

3 x Kinesiology Treatments
These treatments allow us to investigate and remedy the causes at the heart of your digestive issues: nutrient deficiencies, pathogens and toxicity, structural imbalances and energy blocks.
2 x EFT Sessions
EFT sessions are designed to shift emotional elements connected to IBS including anxiety, eating habits, stress and trauma.
3 x Personalised Home Treatment Plans
Every month you will be provided with a written treatment plan based on the muscle testing results. This will include nutrition protocols and acupressure techniques for you to complete at home to aid the healing of the gut.

3 x Personalised Flower Essence Remedy Blends
You will also receive three personalised blends of flower essences. Flower Essences are wonderful at releasing the impact certain emotions are having on your physical wellbeing.
Membership of our Online Support Group
You will be invited to join our members only community via Facebook that supports and enlightens you and gives you the tools you need to maintain a healthy gut.
Email Support throughout  the Programme
Ann will be available to support you via email during the course of the programme. It is important that you can relax into the treatments, knowing help is there when you need it.

Location
Most clients opt for online treatments, however if you are based in Somerset, England you could consider face-to-face treatments at Ann's Clinic.
Total cost
The total cost of the 12-week programme including all the above is £300.

The fee is payable before the start of the programme either via the booking system or directly with Ann following your initial consultation.
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged at full cost. Appointments can be postponed at no extra cost if arranged at least 48 hours prior to the appointment and the postponed treatment takes place within two weeks.

Any nutritional supplements which may be relevant to you and you would like to purchase will be charged separately.

What to expect
First, you will be asked to complete a consultation form about your health online which will be sent to you via email.
​
Then, if you opt for online treatments, Ann will need a few strands of hair or pieces of nails sent in the post, prior to every Kinesiology treatment. Once tested, you will have a scheduled call during which she will talk you through the results and your Home Treatment Plan for the month. Within the first month, you will also have an EFT session via video call, followed by another at a mutually agreed time.

Changes are often experienced immediately, though best results are seen after the 12 week programme.
